Rotary District 6940 Our District is part of Rotary International Zone 34 , which encompass districts in the Caribbean, Florida, Georgia, and Puerto Rico. All Districts meet at the annual Zone Institute, usually held in October.
Rotary District 6940 covers 25 counties in North Florida stretching from Pensacola to Lake City and South to Williston. Our district has 49 clubs and over 2780 members. We invite you to visit any of our clubs as we work in our communities and our world. And remember, "The Future of Rotary is in Your Hands!" "Our goal this year (2009-2010) is for every Club to be the best that it can be, and to not 'wimp' out on their goals and dreams!" So, be a Rotarian and not just a member of a Rotary Club.
